  • Executive First 100 Day Coaching

    Our  Executive First 100 Day Coaching programmes are designed for leaders in significant roles running or making a significant contribution to businesses.

    They help newly appointed executives to accelerate their impact, and firmly establish their seat at the leadership table.

    We recognise that the early stages in a senior role can be described as a ‘‘temporary state of incompetence’’.  In these early stages, Leaders lack knowledge of the challenges they face and rarely have a supportive network in place.   For those new leaders promoted from within, then they have to grapple with re-branding and positioning themselves within the organisation.
