Who is Responsible for Diversity at Work?

Well the short answer is everyone! But particularly C-Suite executives, the Chief Officers, the CEO and all the other board members because it is important that they advocate and implement the strategy and act as positive role models. Yesterday (20th June) a new report ‘Breaking the Deadlock’, by the influential group The 5% Club, made a number of recommendations to improve the diversity of the workforce.
