Our Associate Consultant Team

The Jungle Consultant Associate team are a powerful combination of experienced, highly trained executive coaches with impressive organisational backgrounds and a sound appreciation of the challenges faced by leadership and management teams today.

Many are also accredited facilitators holding globally recognised psychometric qualifications widely used within both team and individual development.

They are decisive, influencers with the ability to lead, develop and engage people at all levels and have a track record of facilitating, coaching and building teams to achieve high-level performance improvement.

I was delighted to be part of the Jungle HR delivery team for the “Understanding Your Costa Business” (UYCB) in 2017.  From Day One, Teresa made me feel welcome and very much part of the ‘Jungle community’.  I genuinely felt that my efforts, experience and contributions were valued, from the program design though the delivery stage. I recently worked with the Jungle team on a new systems implementation programme; this was a large scale and complex systems change – requiring a great deal of foresight and planning.  With over twenty associates initially involved, the design and presentation of the materials was well thought through and closely supported by Jungle. The background administration to deliver consecutive training in multiple sites, with multiple trainers – and manage both the client’s administrative needs as well as the associate pool, was a mammoth undertaking.  The benefits of using an experienced company like Jungle cannot be understated.

I had a great experience working on a project with Jungle HR as an associate facilitator.  They took the time to not only brief us on the materials but also on the wider strategy and culture of the client.  The process they went through to ensure what was designed was the right solution was very rigorous and gave me confidence in the materials that I was then delivering.  The arrangement of the logistics was seamless. Our Business Support Team

Ensuring that our clients are delighted is vital to us, as is ensuring that our consultant teams are supported and set up for success. That’s why we have a dedicated client relationship and operational support team in place to make sure things run smoothly.

Client Relationship & Project Management

Our Client Relationship & Project Management team look after the day to day management of the administration team and the consultant team. This team are at the heart of our client projects and are also the important link between our associate teams.

Operations & Support

Our Operations and Support Team provide the day to day administrative support for Jungle. They juggle a diverse range of activities to keep us all on track and running smoothly. The Jungle Operations & Support team comprise of Sam, Sarah, Donna and Jacqui.
