HR Review: Women on FTSE 100 and 250 boards increasing but FTSE 350 falling behind
The latest Hampton Alexander Review showed that females on FTSE 100 boards have increased to 32.4 per cent from 30.2 per cent in 2018 with FTSE 250 boards increasing to 29.6 per cent from 24.9 per cent. Despite FTSE 350 companies lagging behind but I believe we need to recognise the great strides being made. Read more here.
