Jungle HR’s CEO, Teresa Boughey was “stunned and humbled” to win the Change Champion for Women in Business category at the Woman Who… Achieves Awards at Coombe Abbey Hotel in April 2018.
The Judges said they chose Teresa because she mentors men and women to close the gender pay gap. Operating at a high level and national representation, she is clearly passionate and very driven.
Teresa was also recognised for her work in supporting women in business from C-suite executives to aspiring female managers through coaching, leadership development and improving team dynamics.
Commenting on the award Teresa said “It was a truly inspiring day with some very high calibre finalists and winners. It means a lot to me to be recognised for the work I do championing diversity and equality. My mission now is to be a beacon of possibility for women everywhere.”
