It was because of her expertise, skill, professionalism and innovative thinking that our Jungle CEO, Teresa Boughey was engaged by London’s based The Rialto Consultancy to act as Associate Project Director where she led on a number of significant business transformation projects.
Well, its happened again!……. Rialto have recently announced that they have been shortlisted as finalists of the CIPD Awards 2013 – Consultant of the Year. In his press release Richard Chuimento, Director at Rialto said “To be shortlisted is a significant achievement for us and our Consultant team”
In her capacity of Associate Project Director for Rialto, Teresa delivered not one, but four successful business transformation projects in both the UK and across Europe, all achieving oustanding results for the clients.
Earlier this year Teresa’s work through Rialto was recognised at the National HR Distinction Awards when it reached the finals. Angela Wagstaff, HR Director of Richard Burbidge where Teresa delivered the last business transformation project on behalf of Rialto told Teresa ” We would not have achieved what we did without your contributions which has given us the springboard for future changes“.
Once again, we are delighted for Rialto, the clients and for everyone involved and feel very proud that the quality and significant impact of the Consultancy interventions which Teresa delivered in her capacity of Associate Project Director have reached the finals of another prestigious award.
