New Leader Assimilation Coaching

Our New Leader Assimilation Coaching programmes are designed for leaders in significant roles running or making a significant contribution to businesses.   They help newly appointed executives to accelerate their impact, and firmly establish their seat at the leadership table.

We recognise that the early stages in a senior role can be described as a ‘‘temporary state of incompetence’’.  In these early stages Leaders lack knowledge of the challenges they face and rarely have a supportive network in place.   For those new leaders promoted from within, then they have to grapple with re-branding and positioning themselves within the organisation.

The actions taken, or not taken, during this early stage period will play a large part in whether someone succeeds or fails – failure which can badly damage a good career.   Even partial success during this time can limit the ability to get things done effectively later on.  Therefore our Executive Coaching programmes provide a safe and supported place to learn grow and develop.
