As CEO, Teresa brings together a passion for learning with a strong commercial focus.
Teresa has over 16 years HR experience operating at a Senior level within a variety of industries and sectors including FTSE 250, Financial Services, Travel Industry, Private and Public Sectors and a Sunday Times Top 100 Company that grew 20% year on year.
Described by her peers as personable, innovative, high energy – combined with over sixteen years of commercial experience Teresa understands the people strategies that drive successful organisations. Teresa’s passion is to share her inside knowledge on what makes great companies.
In August 2011 Teresa was appointed as one of only 50 Females to the role of UK Female Entreprenurship Ambassador.
