Because of her skill, and proven expertise our Jungle CEO, Teresa Boughey was engaged by London based The Rialto Consultancy, to act as Associate Project Director to deliver a business transformation project.
This transformation project was a tremendous success and as a consequence was entered into the HR Distinction Awards 2013 – Distinction in Adding Value category and guess what ………… it reached the finals!
The judging panel, who comprised senior-level figures all of whom have a direct involvement and influence in shaping the HR industry, were specifically looking for:
- Clarity of objectives
- Effective resource allocation
- Quality of implementation
- Focus on HR excellence and delivery
- Innovation and the uniqueness of the idea
- Impact on the employees within the organisation
